Via Solferino, the heart of Milan, Callegaro, the bread of Milan. CostaGroup is once again the protagonist of an eccentric and irreverent project: where a historic bakery in the city also becomes a lounge bar. PADI costruzioni made all this possible, respecting the proposed project in every aspect and meeting every need: looking for materials and technological solutions that would enhance the quality of this place. Demolition revealed brick walls, which were restored, preserved and centred in rusty iron cages, while the finishes were studied and discussed in close collaboration with the designer. Not only that, the basement was completely restored with a breathable plaster cycle properly tested with one of the leading companies in the sector.
